Amad Diallo had been out of action since February due to an ankle ligament injury, which led to uncertainty about his return this season.
Despite initial concerns, his recovery progressed faster than expected, allowing him to rejoin Manchester United's squad ahead of their Europa League semi-final against Athletic Club Bilbao.
Making his comeback in the 67th minute, Diallo’s presence was a welcome sight for United supporters, especially after missing 21 matches across all competitions. His return coincided with a commanding 3-0 victory, secured through goals from Casemiro in the first half and two contributions from Bruno Fernandes, including a penalty.
