Manchester United secured a 3-1 victory against Hong Kong in their post-season friendly today. The match, played in driving rain at Hong Kong Stadium, saw United come from behind after conceding an early goal to Juninho. Hong Kong took the lead in the 17th minute when Juninho capitalized on a defensive lapse to slot the ball past Tom Heaton. United struggled to break through, with Casemiro's early header ruled offside and Bruno Fernandes missing a one-on-one chance.

United made wholesale changes at halftime, bringing on a fresh XI. Chido Obi, a teenage substitute, equalized in the 50th minute with a composed finish. He then scored again in the 82nd minute, heading in a Mason Mount cross. Ayden Heaven sealed the win in stoppage time with a header from Amad Diallo's delivery.

Bruno Fernandes' future remains uncertain, with reports linking him to a £80 million move to Saudi club Al-Hilal. Manager Ruben Amorim, reflecting on the club's disastrous 15th-place finish in the Premier League, will be looking to rebuild over the summer. Despite the challenges, Obi and Heaven impressed, showing promise for United’s future.
