Paris Saint-Germain have been handed a major boost ahead of their UEFA Champions League semi-final second leg against Arsenal, with head coach Luis Enrique confirming the return of winger Ousmane Dembélé.
The French international, who netted the only goal in PSG’s 1–0 win at the Emirates Stadium last week, has recovered from a recent muscle injury and has been back in full training. Speaking with confidence ahead of the showdown, Luis Enrique revealed, “He’s been training with us for the last two days… he’ll be available on Wednesday.”
Dembélé’s availability couldn’t come at a better time for PSG, who are looking to build on their narrow first-leg advantage and book a ticket to the final in Munich on May 31, where either Inter Milan or Barcelona awaits.
This season, PSG have shown a different side to their game—one marked by collective strength and tactical discipline rather than individual stardom. Luis Enrique praised the team’s evolution, stating, “We’ve grown so much as a team this season. You have to be ready for any scenario and stay focused from start to finish.”
With Dembélé fit and PSG’s confidence riding high, all eyes will be on Paris to see if the Ligue 1 giants can finish the job and return to Europe’s biggest stage—the Champions League final.
