Manchester United defender Victor Lindelöf is set to depart the club upon the expiration of his contract at the end of the 2024–25 season. The decision follows a recent meeting between Lindelöf and club officials, concluding his eight-year tenure at Old Trafford.
Lindelöf, 30, joined Manchester United from Benfica in 2017 for a reported fee of £31 million. During his time with the Red Devils, he made over 250 appearances and contributed to the team's successes, including winning the FA Cup in 2024 and the EFL Cup in 2023.

This season, Lindelöf has seen limited playing time, featuring in only 14 Premier League matches, which has prompted his decision to seek new opportunities. He has attracted interest from several clubs across Europe, including Inter Milan, Juventus, and his former club Benfica. Additionally, Premier League sides such as Fulham, Everton, West Ham, and Wolves have reportedly expressed interest in acquiring his services.
