Cristiano Ronaldo Confirms His Future with Al Nassr by Signing New Contract

Cristiano Ronaldo has officially confirmed that he will remain at Al Nassr after committing to a new contract. When asked about his plans, Ronaldo declared: “My future? Basically nothing is going to change. Staying at Al Nassr? Yeah.”

The statement signals a fresh chapter of stability for the 40‑year‑old icon, whose current deal was set to expire on June 30, 2025, while earning a staggering €200 million annually.

Despite rumors linking him with a move to participate in the upcoming Club World Cup or to Spanish, Brazilian, or MLS clubs, Ronaldo confirmed he has “practically decided” to remain at Al Nassr and will not play elsewhere this summer.

Al Nassr’s sporting director, Fernando Hierro, echoed the commitment, revealing that contract talks are ongoing and expressing the desire to secure Ronaldo’s future at the club.

This decision comes after a season in which Ronaldo finished as the Saudi Pro League’s top scorer, though Al Nassr failed to lift any major silverware.
