Edoho, best known as the longtime anchor of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, shared this update during a candid appearance on the Tea with Tay podcast. Reflecting on the conclusion of both of his marriages, he acknowledged his own struggles with the institution of marriage.
“Maybe I’m not good at marriage, I must confess,” he admitted, adding, “The two women I married weren’t my soul mates,” and elaborating, “Love of your life is different from your soul mate. The love of your life is the person who comes to your mind when you think of love.”
Edoho further described the importance of finding someone who truly understands you—“someone who understands you even before you express yourself and you naturally align with.” He expressed regret but acceptance, stating that despite his best efforts in both marriages, falling out of love is sometimes inevitable.
For context, Edoho’s first marriage was to Katherine Obiang; they were married until around 2011 and share three children. He and Sandra wed in 2014 and have two children together, in addition to Sandra’s daughter from a previous relationship, whom Edoho helped raise.
