Rual Asensio Sent Off in 7th Minute as Madrid Grind Out 0–0 Draw Against Pachuca

Real Madrid defender Raúl Asensio was shown a straight red card in the 7th minute of their FIFA Club World Cup 2025 clash, after bringing down Salomón Rondón to deny a clear goal-scoring opportunity. 

Referee Ramon Abatti wasted no time in issuing the dismissal, leaving Madrid with ten men for nearly the entire match.

Despite the early setback, the match ended in a 0–0 draw, with both sides unable to break the deadlock at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte.
