Manchester United star Luke Shaw received a parking ticket on his 30th birthday after leaving his £250,000 Rolls-Royce parked on double yellow lines. The incident took place in Hale Village, Cheshire, where the England international was spotted shopping.
While Shaw was away from his vehicle, a parking warden issued a £60 fine for the violation. The ticket was seen placed on the windscreen of his black luxury car.
Despite the inconvenience, the fine is unlikely to trouble the left-back financially, as he reportedly earns around £150,000 a week at Manchester United.
Shaw, who joined the club in 2014, has made 287 appearances for United. However, injuries have limited his time on the pitch, with only 27 appearances in the past two seasons.
He remains under contract with Manchester United until 2027 and is not expected to depart the club during the current transfer window.
