Ex Man U Legend Comes To Defense of Noni Madueke After Being Called Put For Joining Arsenal

Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has come out to back Noni Madueke despite being criticized by Arsenal fans.

Noni Madueke is close to completing his move to Arsenal, a deal which many fans of the Gunners aren't happy about. 

It's been reported that Arsenal and Chelsea have agreed a fee in region of 52m pounds, while Noni will sign a long term deal. 

The English international has been granted permission to travel to London for his medical which means he will not be involved in Chelsea's Club World Cup final against PSG this Sunday. 

Many fans have criticized Mikel Arteta to spending such a huge fee on Madueke while struggling to agree a fee for Sporting on Viktor Gyökeres.
