Atalanta have officially informed Inter Milan that the club has declined their €42 million plus €3 million in add-ons bid for forward Ademola Lookman .
Despite Lookman’s agreement to personal terms with Inter and his expressed desire to complete the move, Atalanta remain firm, holding out for their €50 million valuation of the Nigerian international .
Previously, Inter’s opening €40 million proposal had been rejected, prompting a revised bid of €42 million plus €3 million in performance-related clauses—an offer still deemed insufficient by Atalanta, which swiftly issued a formal refusal earlier today .
Reports indicate that while Inter have reached their current limit, Atalanta may entertain a structured package valued at €45 million in fixed terms plus €5 million in bonuses. However, no such offer has yet materialised .
