Bayern Munich Agree Personal Terms with Chelsea Striker Nicolas Jackson

Bayern Munich have reportedly reached an agreement with Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson on personal terms, bringing the 24-year-old forward closer to a move this summer. The next stage of negotiations will see the German club and Chelsea work on finalizing the deal.
Chelsea are open to either a permanent transfer, valued at around £60 million, or a loan with an obligation to buy. Bayern, however, are pushing for a straight loan arrangement, which has created a key point of negotiation between the clubs.

The London side appear willing to sanction the move as they look to trim their wage bill, especially after bringing in attacking reinforcements such as Liam Delap and Joao Pedro. These additions have reduced Jackson’s chances of regular game time at Stamford Bridge.

For Bayern, the striker’s arrival would provide much-needed depth following Jamal Musiala’s long-term injury. Jackson is seen as a timely option to strengthen their attacking unit.

With the transfer window deadline approaching, the final step remains an agreement between the two clubs. While Jackson has already accepted Bayern’s personal terms, the outcome now hinges on whether both sides can settle on the structure of the deal.
