Real Betis have secured the permanent signing of Brazilian winger Antony from Manchester United in a deal reportedly worth €25 million, with an additional €3 million in potential bonuses. The agreement includes a 50% sell-on clause, entitling Manchester United to half of any future profit from a subsequent sale .
Following a mid-season loan to Real Betis, where Antony revitalized his career with nine goals and five assists in 26 appearances across all competitions, the Spanish side moved to make the move permanent ahead of the transfer deadline .
The transfer comes as part of a broader restructuring at Manchester United under manager Ruben Amorim. Alongside Antony’s departure, the club also finalized moves for Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford, consolidating what has been described as one of the most active deadline-day clear-outs .
