Tottenham Hotspur have completed a season-long loan deal to acquire French forward Randal Kolo Muani from Paris Saint-Germain. The 26-year-old, who will don the number 39 shirt, joins Spurs without any option or obligation to buy.
His arrival represents a strategic response to injury concerns within the squad, notably surrounding Dominic Solanke, whose recurring ankle problem continues to sideline him.

Supporters will remember Kolo Muani’s impactful loan spell at Juventus during the latter half of the previous season, where he delivered a solid return of around ten goals in the league—some reports cite eight goals in 16 Serie A matches while others mention ten in 22 appearances.

Originally signed by PSG in 2023 from Eintracht Frankfurt for a substantial fee—estimated between €75 million and €90 million—he experienced limited playing time under Luis Enrique.

Kolo Muani, a regular selection for the French national team, brings versatility and dynamism to Tottenham’s frontline, capable of operating both centrally and on the flanks. Spurs manager Thomas Frank emphasized the player’s experience in elite competitions and his suitability for the Premier League’s demands.

Speaking on his arrival, the forward expressed his eagerness and determination: “I’m really happy and very proud to be at such a great club. I can’t wait to meet my teammates, all the fans and to get out on the pitch. … I will fight hard for the shirt, the club and the fans.”

Frank added: “Randal is a quality player who has proven himself over a number of years, playing for big teams in the Champions League and also with good experience for the France national team. He’s a good age, in the prime of his career … gives us a different option in the final third.”

This move marks Tottenham’s eighth signing of the summer—following additions such as Xavi Simons—and pushes the club’s summer spending past the £180 million threshold.
