TG Omori Opens Up on Celibacy and Health Challenges

Award-winning Nigerian music video director, ThankGod Omori Jesam, popularly known as TG Omori or Boy Director, has revealed how celibacy and resilience in the face of illness have shaped his recent journey.  

In a candid post on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Omori disclosed that choosing celibacy has brought him remarkable clarity and relief.  

“Since I became celibate, half of my problems got solved,” he wrote.  

The revelation comes at a time when the celebrated director has also been battling serious health challenges. Omori recently confirmed that he has been fighting kidney-related complications, which led to a failed transplant despite his brother’s selfless donation. He shared that he has undergone multiple surgeries and is still recovering from stitches, but remains optimistic about his future.
