Barcelona defeated Atlético Madrid 3–1 yesterday in a dramatic LaLiga clash at Spotify Camp Nou.
The visitors struck first: Álex Baena gave Atlético the lead in the 19th minute. But just seven minutes later, Raphinha equalised for Barcelona after a slick assist from Pedri.
In the second half, Dani Olmo restored Barcelona’s lead in the 65th minute following a loose ball — although he suffered a shoulder injury during the goal celebration. Finally, Ferran Torres sealed the comeback deep into stoppage time, converting a counterattack assist from Alejandro Balde.
The victory allowed Barcelona to extend their lead at the top of the table, while Atlético — despite going ahead early — were unable to maintain their advantage.
