Lamine Yamal earned a standing ovation from Villarreal supporters after his explosive effort for Barcelona in their 3-2 win at the Estadio de la Ceramica.

The 16-year-old prodigy put on an outstanding performance as Barca rallied from a 3-2 deficit to keep their 2023–24 season winning streak alive.

After 12 minutes of play, Gavi scored without hesitation thanks to a well placed cross from Lamine.

The young player from Barcelona's academy then assisted Barca's comeback from a 3-2 deficit. While Ferran Torres scored the equalizer, Lamine's shot that deflected off the post provided the impetus for the game-winning goal.
