Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda revealed on El Chiringuito that Hazard has settled on a pre-contract with Real Madrid and he would be a Los Merengues player from next season.
"Real Madrid has a pre-agreement with Hazard and it is for €13m net per season plus €1m in case the league is won, another if he is Ballon d'Or and €1.5m if he is a European champion.
"And the contract is for five seasons.”
The La Liga outfit is willing to sign Hazard and the Belgian playmaker has also declared his intention to play for the European champions.
Chelsea has placed €100m on the playmaker but Real Madrid is will to open the bid with €75m.
Hazard has a year and six months left on his deal with the Stamford Bridge outfit and he is unwilling to extend his stay with the London based club.
