DIEGO SIMEONE is celebrating the birth of his fifth child - 23 years after he first became a father.
The Atletico Madrid manager, 48, and girlfriend Carla Pereyra, 31, welcomed Valentina in the world at around 10:30am this morning.
Diego Simeone shared the snap with his 1.4 million Instagram followers
Simeone wore a hospital gown, face mask and cap as he posed for a photograph with his newest addition.
He posted the adorable snap to his Instagram page, with the caption: "Welcome Valentina."
It is understood the new arrival weighed just over 6lbs when she was born at Madrid's Monteprincipe Hospital.

Simeone has been dating the former model since 2014 and they have a two-year-old daughter called Francesca.
And he has three sons with ex-wife Caroline Baldini, who he divorced in 2008.
Giovanni, 23, plays as a striker for Italian club Fiorentina and Gianluca, 22, plays for Gimnasia y Esgrima.
Guiliano, 16, plays for River Plate's youth team and he is expected to break into the first-team in the next couple of years.

Carla shared the same snap of Simeone holding Valentina with her 213,000 followers on Instagram.
