The 35-year-old, who last played for recently relegated Cardiff City, appeared on French TV show L'Expresso to reveal that he wants to go into coaching after hanging up his boots:

"It's been two years since I really played football. I wanted to get closer to my family, and today I can say that I have retired from football. in football, whether as a consultant or coach, but I feel that it's something that I miss.
