Ace Nigerian singer Runtown has become the number 1 trending entity on Twitter following his recent benevolence which had him share a whopping 15 million Naira among Nigerians who are in dire need of money to stock up their houses with food during the lockdown caused by the Coronavirus pandemic in the country.
The singer initially took to his official Twitter page to make the announcement and maintained that the money is for people who really need it to stock up their houses with food items during this trying times. He first released the sum of 10 million which maybe didn't go round as he projected.
He subsequently released another 5 million Naira which he sent to his brother who as well took to Twitter to make the announcement.
Following Runtown's benevolence, Nigerians have taken to Twitter to pour in their reactions as they never expected such move from the artist during this challenging moment.
