David Luiz, Granit Xhaka, Nicolas Pepe and Alexandre Lacazette are all said to have broken the guidelines set forth by the government - and by the Gunners themselves.
Nicolas Pepe kicked a ball around with others outside, and was exposed by a WhatsApp post.
Pepe, wearing a grey tracksuit and black trainers, casually joined in a game on an astroturf pitch in Colingdale’s Graham Park on April 15.
Police later closed the pitch following complaints.

Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette gets close to a valeter who he asked to clean his car despite the lockdown
Luiz and Xhaka’s kick-about occurred on Tuesday on fields near Oakwood Station in Southgate, North London.
A dog-walker said: “They were having a great time, not a care in the world. Why is it one rule for them and another for the rest of us?”
Meanwhile, Lacazette had his Audi washed on his driveway on Monday.
A passer-by who spotted the striker said: “I was shocked to see them so close. Surely getting someone to clean your motor cannot be classed as essential travel.
“Why couldn’t Lacazette have done it himself?”
The North Londoners confirmed to Sky Sports all players had been spoken to for their behaviour.
