The Gunners praised the 19 years who has been handed number 7 since he signed a long term deal and improved weekly wages.
This October saw Saka grab his first international call up when he committed his national alliance to England.
The English international has been named among some bright and young talents in Europe.
The award usually focus on awarding youngsters under age of 18 to 20 years in Europe for their amazing football talent and contribution to their team.
Recall that last year saw Joao Felix pick up the award.
Also, Eduardo Camavinga and Alphonso Davies are among the stand-out non-LaLiga players nominated for the prize.
Barcelona youngsters Ansu Fati and Sergino Dest, Rodrigo and Vinicius of Real Madrid, Manchester City's Ferran Torres, Phil Foden made the list.
Chelsea and Manchester United were also represented with Callum Hudson-Odoi and Mason Greenwood respectively.
