Diego Jr’s condition is said to have improved in the last few hours but he remains in Cotugno Hospital in Naples.
Maradona, who has posed for a photo with seven-year-old son Diego Fernando, is being kept up-to-date with his progress.
If you recall that the former Napoli and Barcelona star was in the hospital following his brain blood clot operation last week.
Although, the 64 years old has left private Olivos Clinic on the outskirts of Buenos Aires to continue his recovery on a gated residential estate near to the home of daughter Gianinna.
