It's always the joy of parents to watch their children take over their hustle. This could be the case of former Manchester United and England international, Wayne Rooney.
According to reports gathered, the former captain of the Red Devils has enrolled his son, Kai at the academy of the club.

The youngster who looked happy as he smiled at the camera while he pen his contract was in the presence of his parents, Wayne and Coleen Rooney. 

It's now official that Wayne's eldest son Kai has joined Manchester United's academy. 

His mother, Coleen took to Instagram on Thursday to share the pictures as she expressed her joy of seeing her joy join the Premier League giants. 
Sharing the photos, she wrote: 'Special night..... congratulations Kai. I love you and I am so proud of you. Keep trying your best ❤️'.

Also, his daddy Wayne Rooney wasn't left out of the celebration. He also shared some snaps on his own Instagram page, he caption: ''Proud day. Kai signing for @manchesterunited. Keep up the hard work son.'
It's been gathered that Kai has been jaded the iconic jersey number 10, which was previously worn by Wayne Rooney during his spell at Old Trafford. 

Just so you know, Wayne made his debut for United in 2004 against Fenerbahce in the Champions League. He joined Manchester United under Sir Alex Ferguson from Everton in a £27million deal. 

Wayne Rooney could be regarded as one of the legends of the club as he enjoyed 13-year career at Old Trafford, scoring 253 times in 559 appearances. He went ahead to break Sir Bobby Charlton's long-standing goal record in 2017.

Wayne won five Premier League titles, three League Cups, one FA Cup, one Europa League and one Champions League.

He returned to his boyhood club Everton in 2017. He spent a season at Goodison Park before he moved to MLS outfit DC United. After another season in the USA, he made a return to England to play for Derby County in the Championship.

Wayne is currently the interim manager of Derby County.
