Barcelona pays tribute to late Tito Vilanova 7 years after his death

Barcelona remembers their former manager, Francesc "Tito" Vilanova Bayó seven years after his death.

Tito like he was widely known was an assistant coach under Pep Guardiola, being part of the squads that won 14 titles.  

After he had under study Guardiola who left the club to join Barcelona, Tito Vilanova stepped in and was appointed manager.

Vilanova was appointed first-team manager in 2012, winning the La Liga title in his only season. 

Unfortunately, He stepped down in July 2013 due to ill health, and died the following year from cancer.

He died on 25 April 2014, due to complications from cancer, at the age of 45.
