Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his men are currently second in the table at the moment and will be hoping to close the gap on their rival Manchester City who are expected to win the league title in coming weeks.
Early this afternoon, Manchester United players were seen in high spirit as they took part in a light training at their Carrington ground.
But United have been boosted with the return of Eric Bailly who has recovered from Covid-19.
The Ivorian tested positive for coronavirus after he returned from international duty, he was seen in training practicing with his team mates.
On Eric Bailly, Solskjaer said: “Yes Eric is back and has been training this week,” Solskjaer told club media. “It’s been a good week.”
Also, Solskjaer is unsure of the fitness of Marcus Rashford who is still managing the foot injury.
The manager revealed that Rashford hasn't been in training since Monday but he's expected to join his team mates tomorrow.
On Marcus Rashford foot injury, Solskjaer said: “Marcus hasn’t trained but I hope that he will join us tomorrow. Apart from that everyone – of course Anthony is injured still - has had a couple of days of recovery and a week of preparation and training.
“You need that against these. They make you go to the edge physically and mentally. They have a unique style of play and it’s a game we’re looking forward to.”
Finally, Solskjaer has confirmed that Anthony Martial and Phil Jones are still out with knee problems and they are unavailable for the trip to Elland Road.
