Andrés Iniesta celebrates his 37th birthday with a new contract extension with Vissel Kobe

It's been gathered Andres Iniesta has put pen to paper on a new deal with Vissel Kobe until 2023.

Vissel Kobe and Andrés Iniesta announce that the player extended his contract until 2023. 

The former Barcelona star signed new deal on his birthday, May 11th 2021. It's been gathered that the Spanish international turns 37 years old today. 

Recall that Iniesta was one of the best midfielders in the world during his prime at Barcelona.

While at Barcelona, Iniesta won two historic trebles in 2009 and 2015, and his 35 trophies, which includes nine La Ligas and four UEFA Champions League titles.

After twenty-two years at Barcelona, Iniesta signed for Japanese club Vissel Kobe in 2018.
