Leicester City star Jamie Vardy slept with his FA Cup Medal (Photos)

Leicester City fans were in dream land over the weekend following their historical victory at the Wembley stadium.

The Foxes lifted the FA Cup trophy for the first time in their club's history and their fifth time of playing in the final of the FA Cup.

Brendan Rodgers side faced Thomas Tuchel on Saturday in the final and the odds were against the Foxes for the game. 

But Rogers came out victorious all thanks to Youri Tielemans who smashed a long range shot from 35 yards.

Although, Ben Chilwell scored a late equaliser in the 90th minutes but it was ruled out for offside.

England striker Jamie Vardy seems to be in celebratory mood as he shared a snap of himself posing with his FA Cup medal. 

The Leicester City talisman shared a snap of himself sleeping with his medal in a black and white photo.

Recall that Vardy did the same when he lifted the Premier League title with Leicester in 2016.

The Foxes striker scored 24 league goals as they lifted the title under their manager Claudio Ranieri.
