Friendly: Liverpool youngsters shine in their 1-0 win over FC Mainz (Highlights) 2021-2022

A late own goal secured 1-0 win for Liverpool over Bundesliga side Mainz in their pre-season game in Austria.

Liverpool changed all 11 players at half-time at the Goldberg Stadium in Grodig on Friday evening. 

The goal came after Luca Kilian failed to get his feet right as he diverted Owen Beck's left-wing cross into the net in the 87th minutes.

Liverpool's next pre-season fixture comes against Hertha Berlin in Austria on Thursday.
