Paris Saint-Germain completed the deal of Gini Wijnaldum on a free transfer. The Netherlands international signed three years deal with Mauricio Pochettino side after he left Liverpool at the end of his contract last month.
Wijnaldum was unveiled as Paris Saint-Germain player days ago after he arrived in Paris, France.
The former Liverpool star was handed extension break due to his participation in the 2020 European Championship where he captained Netherlands.
On Friday July 23rd 2021, Gini Wijnaldum held his first training session with his new club. The midfielder looked happy while he joined the rest of his team mates.
Gini Wijnaldum posted pictures of himself performing several training drills at their training ground. He expressed his delight after
he met PSG star Kylian Mbappe who resumed training today.
Gini Wijnaldum was pictured training alone with Kylian Mbappe and they also posed for selfie.
The former Newcastle star also shared pictures of himself undergoing his medical. He was snapped on the treadmill.
