Atletico Madrid earned a 2-1 victory over Espanyol on Sunday afternoon. Diego Simeone side came back from a goal down to clinch the three points with a 99th minute Thomas Lemar goal.
Raul de Tomas put the Catalan side ahead in the first half, but Atletico Madrid drew level in the second half but goals from Yannick Carrasco and Lemar's late strikes gave the defending champions their third win of the campaign.

But Carrasco fired into the bottom corner in a crowded penalty area, before the Belgian set up Thomas Lemar for a strike in the 90th minutes.
