Arsenal loanee William Saliba voted Young Player award in Ligue 1

Arsenal youngster has been named the young player of the year in France.

William Saliba is French defender who is currently enjoying moment of his loan spell with Marseille in the Ligue 1. 

It's been gathered that youngster hasn't been able to find his feet under Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta who sent him on loan to Ligue 1. 

Arsenal signed Saliba years ago from Saint Etienne for fee in the region of £30m and he's yet to make an appearance for the Gunners.

The future of the French international remains uncertain under coach Mikel Arteta.
