Manchester United boss, Erik Den Hag has praised his summer signing, Antony Santos after scoring on his debut.
Manchester United recorded 3-1 win over Arsenal in front of the thousands of Old Trafford fans.

The Red Devils ended Mikel Arteta side winning streak of five games on Sunday evening in their Premier League match day six clash.

Antony, who joined Manchester united on deadline day in an £85.5million from Ten Hag's former club Ajax scored the opening goal for United in the first half.

Although, the 22 years old was substituted in the second half and he received an appraisal from his coach.

The Dutch boss described Antony as the 'missing link' in his Manchester United attack going forward in the season.

Ten Hag said after the game: 'I think we have all seen what a threat Antony is. His speed and creativity, I think, can be a real threat in the Premier League.

'We missed a player on the right wing, because all the players who can play there, like Jadon Sancho, like Marcus Rashford, they prefer more the centre or the left side.'

Marcus Rashford scored a second half brace to ensure that Bukayo Saka equaliser didn't count.

The Red Devils move three points behind the leaders, Arsenal following their victory on Sunday.

Erik Den Hag added: 'Now we have the one who can play really well over on the right wing. That was a missing link. Today, his first performance here, he did well but I think he can step up

'I know him from Amsterdam and I know this is a different league, but there is potential and he will be even more of a threat to opponents than he was today.

'But I would say, today already, it was a great goal.'
