Christian Eriksen has been voted Manchester United player of the month of September

Christian Eriksen has been voted Manchester United player of the month.

The Danish came top ahead of Rafael Varane, Lisandro Martinez to claim the September award. 

The creative midfielder has been able to adapt to Erik Den Hag style of play since he arrived at Old Trafford stadium.

Eriksen, who is 30 years old is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Manchester United and Denmark national team.

The former Tottenham Hotspur has been able to revive his career after he suffered serious heart attack during the 2020 Euro.

Eriksen collapsed during Denmark clash against Finland which ruled him out for a year undergoing several test and therapy.

The 30 years old returned to Premier League signing a six months deal with Brentford. 

Meanwhile, Christian Eriksen joined Manchester United on two years deal this season as a free agent.

The former Inter Milan star has started in Manchester United six Premier League game, providing one assist.
