Gareth Southgate has continued to back Harry Maguire despite the criticisms at the English defender.
The 28-year-old English defender is yet to start any game for Manchester United this season since Erik Den Hag took charge.

Harry Maguire hasn't been able to justify his £80m transfer fee from Leicester City but England coach, Southgate has decided to back him up.

The Manchester United captain was named in Three Lions squad for their UEFA Nation League campaign.

Reportminds Blog understands that Harry Maguire is expected to start in England game against Italy.
Speaking ahead of the game, Gareth Southgate says Harry Maguire is an important player in the team. 

"He is an important player for us and it's important to back our best players. Whatever reputation I have, I'm putting it on there,"Southgate said.
