The 2022-23 transfer windwon has closed and teams are now able to focus on their season with players future looked settled until the next window in January.

Some players who have switched clubs have already picked up their forms as early days in the season.

Reportminds Blog take a look at four most in-form players in the world at the moment....

No. 1 Neymar Jnr (Paris Saint-Germain/Brazil)


The 30 years old Brazilian has rediscovered his form very early in the season under new manager Christopher Galtier.

Neymar looked unsettled under Mauricio Pochettino last term with reports that he could leave the Parc des Princes at end of the season.

The former Barcelona star has displayed several match winning performances this term for PSG while responding to his critics.

So far, Neymar has scored seven goals and provided six assists in five Ligue 1 appearances for Paris Saint-Germain.

No. 2  Erling Haaland (Manchester City /Norway) 


Erling Haaland seems to have settled well into Pep Guardiola side sine he arrived at the Etihad Stadium.

The 22-year-old has found his scoring boots in the Premier League as he leads the top scorer chat.

Haaland joined City this summer window from Borussia Dortmund on a long term deal.

The Norway international scored 10 goals and provided one assist in six appearances in the English top flight so far this season. 

Haaland bagged back-to-back hat-tricks in his fourth and fifth Premier League matches against Crystal Palace and Nottingham Forest respectively.

No. 3 Lionel Messi (Paris Saint-Germain/Argentina) 

34-year-old Argentine international joined Paris Saint-Germain a year ago from Barcelona.

Lionel Messi left the Camp Nou after spending nearly a decade following his contract expiration. 

Although, Messi wanted to remain at Barcelona but the Spanish side financial situation made it impossible.

While arriving last season, he struggled to adapt to the French Ligue 1 but this season has seen a different mentality of the Argentine.

Messi has scored three goals and provided five assists for PSG who are currently sitting comfortably on top of the Ligue 1 table.

No. 4 Kylian Mbappe (Paris Saint-Germain/France) 

Kylian Mbappe has picked up his scoring boots from where he left it last season.

The French international snubbed Real Madrid move to extend his contract with PSG for a long term and becoming one of club's top earners.

Kylian Mbappe who scooped last season's top scorer award might be heading for another this campaign.

The former Monaco star has scored six goals in five Ligue 1 appearances so far this season, scoring twice in PSG win over Nantes on Saturday.
