Real Madrid announce their Champions League squad to face Celtics 24 hours after victory against Real Betis in La Liga

Real Madrid have announced their squad for their opening Champions League group stage game against Celtics.

The Los Blancos didn't waste time with the list of their travelling players to Scotland on Monday for thru UEFA Champions League clash.

This comes 24 hours after Carlo Ancelotti side recorded 2-1 win over Real Betis at the Santiago Bernabéu in the league. 

The Los Blancos are currently on a good run in the league so far winning all their games to keep their 100 percent record intact. 

Vinicius Jnr scored the opening goal after 8 minutes into the game but Betis equalised just before half-time. 

Fellow Brazilian, Rodrygo scored the winner to ensure that Real Madrid stay on top of the league table. 

Real Madrid stars were spotted in training on Sunday, 4th of September 2022 as they prepare for the trip. 

The Los Blancos are the defending Champions of the Champions League, beating Liverpool in the final last season. 

Real Madrid have also confirmed that Sandro Schärer will be the referee in charge of the match in Glasgow.
