Tottenham Hotspur forward Richarlison was seen walking with clutches after full time in their Premier League clash with Everton.
Antonio Conte side recorded 2-0 win over Everton on Saturday in the Tottenham Hotspur stadium on Saturday evening.
Richarlison suffered a calf injury during Spurs’ 2-0 win over his former club in Everton.
The Brazilian was substituted in 52 minutes before and he was replaced with Yves Bissouma.
While speaking to ESPN Brazil after the game, he said: "It's kind of hard to say because it's so close to realising my dream [playing at the World Cup]. I've already suffered an injury similar to this, I hope it can heal as soon as possible. or less. I was stopped about two months at Everton."
Richarlison remains optimistic of making the Brazil squad to the world cup which will kick off in November this year.
Second half goals from Harry Kane from the penalty spot put Tottenham in the lead after an error from Jordan Pickford. Then Emile Hojbjerg made it 2-0 with a nice finish.
Richarlison said that his scan result will be out in Monday to determine the extent of the injury. He added: "I know it's hard to talk right now, but let's see, I'll recover. Monday. I have tests to do, but even walking hurts. Let's wait."
