The Manchester City forward came off the bench to slot home a sixth for Gareth Southgate's inspired Three Lions thanks to the work of Callum Wilson - and fans all thought the same thing after the 6-2 triumph.
After Almiron offered a response to Grealish saying that Riyad Mahrez was 'playing like' the Newcastle forward in a poor performance last season, fans asked if he was tuning in.
With Almiron failing to reach the final tournament with Paraguay, one fan wrote: "Almiron are you watching."
Grealish found the net after Jude Bellingham opened the scoring, Bukayo Saka scored twice and Raheem Sterling and Marcus Rashford had already got in on the act.
Almiron dismissed any rivalry with Grealish and actually praised his talent while picking up his Premier League player of the month award.

Speaking to Chronicle Live, he said: "All that incident did really was highlight that when that type of thing happens here it shows the greatness of the Newcastle supporters.
"I actually did not pay too much attention to the comments at first I will be honest because I prefer to just get on with my job and do my work in silence."
