After Cristiano Ronaldo left Manchester United, Marcus Rashford sent him a message saying that it was an "unbelievable experience" to play with him and wishing him luck in the future.

Ronaldo's sudden departure from Old Trafford was made public by United earlier this week.

After Ronaldo gave an extraordinary interview in which he criticized the owners of Manchester United and stated that he had "no respect" for manager Erik ten Hag, the decision was made.
