Kylian Mbappe was born to his parents, Wilfried and Fayza Lamari.

His Father was originally from Cameroon and is Mbappé’s agent and football coach, whereas his mother is of Algerian Kabyle origin and is a former handball player. 

Born in the capital in 1998 and raised in a sporting family in the Parisian suburb of Bondy, Kylian Mbappé first joined the French National Football Institution at Clairefontaine before moving to Monaco’s academy. 

Mbappé was raised in a footballing family, with brother Kylian and adopted brother Jirès Kembo Ekoko both having professional footballing careers.

Yes, Kylian Mbappe has a younger brother, Ethan.

Ethan played for Paris Saint-Germain’s under-12 squad in 2018. 

His brother, Ethan, is a French footballer who plays as a midfielder for Paris Saint-Germain. He signed a new three-year contract with the club in June 2021.

He joined local side AS Bondy and two years later, he joined French giants Paris Saint-Germain in 2017.

He also has an adoptive brother, Jirès Kembo Ekoko, a professional football player.
