Coach Erik Den Hag of Manchester United invited former striker Robin Van Persie to Carrington during United's training.
The former Netherlands striker was seen posing with some of the youngsters at Old Trafford with a smile on his face.
On Tuesday, Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United and a fellow Dutchman, invited the renowned attacker from the Netherlands and Manchester United, Robin van Persie, to the Carrington training facility.
The former Netherlands forward, who hasn't played in three years and hasn't been on a team since 2020, was seen taking pictures with Manchester United players and members of their coaching staff today at the club's training facility.
Before joining Alex Ferguson's Manchester United in 2012, Robin van Persie made his name in the English Premier League with Arsenal under their then-manager, Arsene Wenger, where he played for eight seasons. Van Persie later went on to become the Netherlands' all-time leading goalscorer.
Robin van Persie led Manchester United to their most recent Premier League title in his first season with the club, scoring 26 league goals in 38 games, including a hat-trick against Aston Villa that secured the victory on an unforgettable night at the Theater of Dreams.
