Paul Pogba revealed that Jose Mourinho and Mino Raiola's breakup at Manchester United began with Jose Mourinho's picture to Mino Raiola.
Pogba left Old Trafford in the summer because he didn't like the offer of a "nothing" contract worth £300,000 per week. But this wasn't the first time Pogba felt down about his life at United.
When Mourinho was in charge of the group, a series of disagreements between the midfielder and him led to a total split in their relationship.
In the famous manager's final game, which he lost to Liverpool because he didn't think he could change the outcome, Pogba was benched.
Albeit that noticeable the termination of their friendship, their conflict really started before, when the World Cup champ was recuperating in Miami from a physical issue.
"It started when I got injured. I said I was going to Miami to do rehabilitation," the 29-year-old says on his new Amazon Prime Video documentary series Pogmentary.
"A paparazzi took a photo of Zulay [Pogba’s wife] and me. Jose sent the picture to Mino [Raiola]. I didn’t like that at all. He said he’s on holiday when we are working like [expletive].
"I told Mourinho are you serious? I’m injured. I train three times a day here. Who do you think I am? It was new to me to have an issue with my coach."
