Arnold Schwarzenegger took to Instagram on Saturday to document his exercise routine and wish his followers a happy Thanksgiving. He didn't let the holiday get in the way of his workout.

The activity star, 75, was clad in a red sweater that had substituting examples of reindeers and Christmas trees, alongside intelligent glasses that were implanted with his unique line from The Eliminator, 'I'll be back.'

On the crisp, cool day in Southern California, the ex-California governor was seen working out his biceps, triceps, and shoulders after participating in Veteran's Day celebrations last month.
Since he was a teenager growing up in his native Austria during the 1940s and 1950s after World War II, Schwarzenegger has maintained a healthy diet and lifestyle.
He started weight training when he was 15 years old, and by the time he was 20, he was Mr. Universe. He won the title in five years.

According to Worldhealth.net, the Terminator actor usually gets up at 5 a.m. to have a cup of coffee. By 6 a.m., he's already pedaling his bike to the gym for a 60-minute workout.
Schwarzenegger has admitted that he is "addicted to training" and needs to start each day at the gym or doing some kind of exercise routine.
