Jurgen Klopp has responded to Liverpool's disappointing 3-2 defeat to Manchester City.

The Red Boss wasn't happy about the manner his team conceded the goals against Pep Guardiola side at the Etihad Stadium on Thursday night. 


Jurgen Klopp has responded to Liverpool's disappointing 3-2 defeat to Manchester City, who were eliminated from the competition this evening. 

Manchester City was the superior team this evening, and Liverpool was unable to defend their title. The Pep men took the lead when Erling Haaland scored from De Bruyne's assist for the game's first goal. Carvalho brought Liverpool level.



How Liverpool permitted Manchester City to score three objectives didn't satisfy Jurgen Klopp. Following the defeat tonight, Liverpool have been eliminated from the competition.

The manner in which Liverpool allowed Manchester City to score three goals did not please the manager of the club.

On the three goals his side conceded tonight, Klopp was quoted as saying: "The goals we conceded were all completely unnecessary"
