A report from Mail on Sunday said that Mikel Arteta and his group had made a second offer of £70 million for Moises Caicedo, a midfielder for Brighton and Hove Albion. But Brighton is certain that they want £80 million for the 21-year-old.
A midpoint estimate of £75 million would be sufficient to begin the wheels in motion given the pressure being put out by Caicedo and his new agents to go.
