Shakhtar Donetsk has already turned down an offer from the Gunners for Mudryk that was thought to be worth around £55 million with add-ons.
According to reports, the Gunners have increased their offer for the 21-year-old winger, who is eager to move to north London this month and on Saturday even publicly praised Mikel Arteta on his Instagram page.
The club hierarchy will now convene to decide whether the offer is acceptable since Shakhtar have not yet responded to it. The prized asset was valued by key figures at the Ukrainian club at around £90 million, and this second offer is reportedly significantly less than that amount once more.
Arsenal will be hoping Shakhtar accepts this latest offer because they want to complete a deal for Mudryk as soon as possible. Chelsea is rumored to be closely following developments.
