The forward did not work out with his teammates on Wednesday morning since Depay is shortly going to Madrid for medicals.

The pressure from Atletico, who already had a full agreement with the player, has finally prompted the relocation, despite assurances from those at the Camp Nou that the striker would not depart if a replacement did not arrive first. Therefore, Atleti will just shell out three million euros to transfer Memphis.
Memphis will agree to a deal that is good through June 2028.
