Cristiano Ronaldo misses the opportunity to win his first trophy in Saudi Arabia as Al Nassr were kicked out of the Saudi Super Cup

Cristiano Ronaldo fired blank as his team, Al Nassr have been knocked out of the Saudi Arabia super Cup. 

The 37-year-old started the game against AAl Ittihad on Thursday evening following his move to Saudi Arabia side.

The game finished 3-1 at the end of 90th-minute. 

Al Ittihad raced to two goals lead in the first half after Romarinho and Hamdallah scored. 

Ronaldo had a chance to pull one back in the 45 minutes from a header which was tipped over the bar by the goalkeeper. 

In the second half, Talisca made it 2-1 by reducing the deficit in the 67 minutes. But Shanqeeti 90th-minute goal ended any hopes of Al Nassr come-back.
