Reportminds Blog claims that the Blues' affluent owner Todd Boehly and the club hierarchy are in Portugal negotiating the contract for the Argentine international.

Enzo Fernandez is currently undergoing his Chelsea medicals at the Hospital of Light in Lisbon, Portugal, as reported by SIC, a Portuguese broadcaster.

Chelsea has informed Benfica that the Argentine can be released for £105 million (€120 million).

Enzo Fernandez has already agreed to personal terms with Chelsea, and it appears that the Blues will sign him before the end of the transfer window.
